Chipotle's Lines are Too Long

I'm sure many if not all of you have been to the Chipotle over in the plaza for lunch, or dinner... or breakfast, I don't judge. I'm sure that you have also noticed how ridiculously long the lines are to get your food. At some points in the day the line reaches out the door, and the seating area is filled with people waiting for their online order. Chipotle is awesome and I totally support it, I think I have it at least once a day. However, I don't understand how after two big E. Coli incidents and a bunch of other problems how they have managed to keep and insane amount of customers.

Companies have to deal with disasters all the time and one important job of the CEO is responding to them quickly and fixing it before too much damage has been done. Chipotle is a stellar example of great business tactics after a downfall in 2015. The CEO of Chipotle (John Hartung) put his faith in new food safety systems and had a $50 million marketing plan in just the first quarter of 2016. Despite the losses he faced they spent money on marketing, and expansions to put out new stores. He put his faith in the customers to return to the good tasting food they loved, and it worked brilliantly. This last year Chipotle had a super strong profit, and brought confidence back to its shareholders. In turn bringing in more customers, and that's why after E. Coli Chipotle's lines are still out the door.
